Company has not sent warranty for work done 5 months after bill paid and multiple calls August 2015 contract signed to replace leaking roof and deposit paid. November 2015 roof not replaced until Thanksgiving because of "rainy" season. Threat to cancel may have helped. Total $25,000 paid November. January 2, 2016 Final $1000 paid with promise to repair damaged carpentry in next few weeks. Feb.26 Carpentry done. Manufacturers warranty and Builder's warranty with picture packet promised. April 2016- manufacturer's warranty received May 2016 no builder's warranty in spite of multiple calls

I am not one to write bad review ever, but at this point I can't sit idly by and not say something About a year ago we had our rental house re-roofed by Fleming Brothers and they did a great job Quality work and at a good price That is basically the only good things I will say about them, and why I am giving them stars instead of Fast forward to the summer and our primary residence had a leak above a bay window So we called Fleming Brothers as returning customers since they had done such a good job on our rentalFirst off the initial quote to apparently re-tile the bay window roof (which is less than square feet) was ridiculously overpriced considering how much we had paid for an entire re-roof originallyFinally get them to drop the price after they explained that they didn't realize how small it was (they sent someone out to examine it, so not sure how that happened)So they come out and do the work, and everything is fine until we have a bad storm (this is before Hurricane Irma) and the ceiling is showing staining from water intrusion again So I call them a week before Irma hits and explain the situation, as well as emailing them photos of the damage, fully knowing that this isn't going to be resolved for a while because I'm sure they are going to be busy with hurricane repairs Fast forward to middle of October It's been over a month since Irma, so I call FBB back to ask about having them come out to take a look and see what they can do They say they will pull my file and call me back This is the basic run around I get from them for about half a dozen calls and several weeks I'd call them, they tell me they will look up my file and contact the owner and get back with me Except no one ever doesI'd wait several days and then finally call back, just to be told the same thingFinally I get someone to come out and the guy literally tells me "Lets wait a couple of weeks for a storm and see if it happens again" Really?!?! So I call the office back and what do they say? Oh right, let me pull your file and have the owner get back with youIt's been a week, and guess what, still waitingWhat a joke
So long story short, if you are looking for a re-roof, I'm sure these guys will treat you like gold, since that's where they make their money But if you are looking for a minor roof repair, or God forbid have them try and come back and fix something you've already paid them to correct, I say good luck to you, as I apparently am not worth their time

On three separate occasions Fleming Roofing scheduled an appointment to repair work previously done and no showed
On October 18, Mike Fleming came to our home to give us an estimate on a leak we discovered in our dinning room ceiling brought upon by Hurricane IRMA on September 10-of He had said,the air vent along with the stove vent would have to be replaced at a cost of $invoice #*** in order to prevent this leak from accruing againconsidering his expertise, we scheduled an appointment on Oct 26th to start repairsAll seem well until the beginning of April when a long over due deluge of rain came upon us and once again the same leak appeared in the same exact area of our dinning room ceiling and a new area 3ft awayA call was made to Fleming Roofing and to my knowledge they scheduled to come out for a temporary repair on April 23rd 2018.After placing some silicon calking on some or tiles for a temporary repair, I was told to call the office and sc
