Berkshire Mountain

I have been waiting for over 2 months for a refund of the deposit fee for 9 bottles totaling $63.00. I have contacted them several times and I keep getting the same answers; we'll mail it out tomorrow or I'll make sure it goes out.....Well I have yet to receive it. I feel like I've been getting the run around when I call. I shouldn't have to wait this long for my money. It was only supposed to be a deposit so they get their bottles back.
