We have been a customer of this company for years with little problem. Lately something has changed. In August, our water cooler that we rent from them stopped working. I called and requested a new cooler. The girl told me no problem we will bring you a new one on Friday. I told her that I would not be home on Friday so could I just leave the cooler out front on the porch and they could take that one and leave a new one. She said that was not a problem. I left the cooler right outside on the porch along with 4 empty water jugs to be replaced. When I arrived home later that day, I was surprised to see that the water jugs had been replaced but that the cooler was the same broken one I had left out that morning! I immediately called and was very shocked at how the women spoke to me! She was basically implying that I was lying and that I didn't leave the water cooler out to be exchanged! I could not believe my ears! Hasn't she heard that the customer is always right! Wow! The cooler was in fact sitting directly on my front porch! You couldn't miss it! So fast forward to now...... December. I have called there about 5 times since this incident saying that I just want them to come get all their stuff ( water cooler and water) They did manage to get the water cooler last month I believe and yet I still have 4 jugs of water sitting outside waiting to be picked up. I even went as far to put signs on the water on a day I knew they would be delivering in the area saying "take water" , "no longer customer". Water still there! I also requested an up to date bill from them the last time I called and the man said.... "no problem, we'll take the water off and the cooler rental" Well I just got a bill from them and nothing has been done so I have had it!!!Product_Or_Service: water deliveryDesired SettlementI would like an itemized bill that does not reflect a water cooler charge since August and that does not include these 4 jugs of water sitting outside. I would also like these 4 jugs picked up immediately! I am sick of looking at them. I also think we need some sort of written apology on behalf of the women who insinuated I was a liar!Business Response To whom it may concern, My name is [redacted] and I am one of the [redacted] of Berkshire Mountain Spring Water Distributing Co. and [redacted]. I am responding to a complaint from [redacted] one of our customers in[redacted], NY. We have since picked up his cooler that we own and all bottles. We will adjust his bill to show that his balance is zero. His complaint refers to speaking with one of our customer service representatives who no longer works here. She left at the beginning of January of this year. I am sorry that he was upset with her but she has since moved to Florida so I am unable to speak with her regarding this situation. I do remember that he called but since I do not get involved in every phone call that my employees make, I am sorry to say that I do not remember all of the details of his situation. I am sorry that he is still upset and is no longer a customer but at this point I'm not sure what else I can do. Thank you Sincerely, [redacted]
