On 12/04/2013 I made a purchase at this location for paint for my 1969 Corvette. The cost was 508.22. The paint was delivered to the body shop. ([redacted], North Adams, Ma. XXXXX) The car was there to be painted. The car was painted and the paint was contaminated and blistered and had no sheen. This was looked at by two different body people. [redacted] past [redacted] of[redacted] auto body and New [redacted]. Both said paint was contaminated. They gave me the top of the can to show Big A and Big A said they would contact NAPA and let me know what they will do. In the meantime it cost me an additional 1000.00 dollars to have the car repainted. I have been stopping at Big A every week since this ordeal started and I have been blown off by the owner [redacted] telling me he has heard nothing yet stop back in a few days. All I am asking is for my money back for the defective paint. I will eat the rest which is more than fair on my part.
