Review: The company that provided a dumpster for the refuse from a roofing job did damage to my lawn and driveway when hauling the dumpster off our property.
The owner of the company contacted the roofer and advised that there would be someone from a nursery business at our home on the following day to fix the damage toto the yard. The nursery personell never came.
We did not notice the damagee to the driveway until later in the day.Desired Settlement: would like thedamage to the lawn and driveway to be repaired by a qualified contractor and the cost of the repairs to be covered by the business owner or his insurance carrier. (When the owner was asked for his insurrance carrier information , he refused the information) the only name we have for the business owner is his first name ,he refused ot provide his surname.
