On march a chevy volt came into the shop with an overheating problem the problem resulted to be a cracked radiator*** the driver of the chevy volt stated that the car started overheating in the fontana areaShe stated she
refused to pull over and check the problem until she arrived at the shopon that same evening we found the problem and she was informed of the cracked radiator and approved repairsthe following day labor began on the chevy volt about hrs of labor into the car and parts ordered, Mr.*** called stating that he wanted us to do the repairs through the warranty companyWe refused due to the fact that *** said she would be paying cash and the car was already being worked onWe continued the repairs after contacting *** confirmed the repairs where going too be paid cashWhich there is audio proof of all conversations after Mr.*** first callWe contacted Mr.*** to notify him the vehicle was ready for pick up since *** was unreachable for two weeks, he continued to insist the warranty company would cover the total amountWe contacted his warranty company to receive No as an answer due to the fact the car was already worked onHe received a receipt with all the work we did to his vehicle stating parts and labor and also received a copy of the receipt from the dealer with all the services done to itWhile the car was at the dealer getting worked, Mr.*** contacted the dealer trying to get the dealer to release the car to him without paying for our labor or partstoo me it sounds like that was fraud, and that was the reason the car was not released until the full amount was paid by Mr.*** or his spouse ***
