Berlin City has been delivering customer purchases all over the country for nearly 25 years. Communication with him was at the highest level; phone and email to ensure that the purchase...
agreement meet the needs of Mr. [redacted]. The sales associate did indeed explain that the website photo was not of the vehicle Mr. [redacted] was interested in buying. It was explained that the photo called into question depicted an LE trim line. Emails were sent with a website link that listed the complete features of the SL trim line, including interior photos of the actual car. The website/online description listed the features that came with the vehicle. The customer was never lead to believe the vehicle was to be delivered to his location on a flatbed truck as a method of delivery. It was explained that once the vehicle arrived the customer did not have to accept the vehicle if it did not meet his expectations. On delivering the vehicle, to confirm what he was to purchase, Mr. [redacted] was given ample time to test drive the vehicle prior to his acceptance. All documentations Mr. [redacted] signed clearly disclosed the correct vehicle’s trim line as an SL. Mr. [redacted]’s characterization that the company engaged in deception is a false and inaccurate claim.
