Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I did receive a response from Berlin City with the breakdown of in questionAt the time we purchased the [redacted] ***, we purchased another GAP policy and were told any monies left over from paying off the vehicle early would be applied to the purchase price of the new policyActually the was applied to a down payment on the vehicle, something Berlin City chose to doIt was late in the evening, they were getting ready to close and we signed paperwork hastily without reading it thoroughlyWhat happens to the existing policy if we decide to pay the vehicle off early? We already know the insurance company is not allowed to discuss our policy with usThis was a shady deal, unfortunately we fell right into itYou may not be able to help us, but I feel strongly this practice by Berlin City City should be investigated furtherThank You [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted] ***

I did receive a response from Berlin City with the breakdown of 937.00 in question. At the time we purchased the 2017 [redacted], we purchased another GAP policy and were told any monies left over from paying off the vehicle early would be applied to the purchase price of the new policy. Actually the 937.00 was applied to a down payment on the vehicle, something Berlin City chose to do. It was late in the evening, they were getting ready to close and we signed paperwork hastily without reading it thoroughly. What happens to the existing policy if we decide to pay the vehicle off early? We already know the insurance company is not allowed to discuss our policy with us.
