The only reason this has become an issue is because they are upset about my dad giving them a poor review to Nissan, and them not wanting to pay the 200$ worth of referrals.  My family/friends have purchased like 10 cars from this dealership and it's a shame they had to stoop this low not to show good faith and straight up lie about how this referral program had been used since I've been their loyal customer.  It's too bad you will lose many future sales due to being sour and petty on these two deals.

We certainly appreciate your feedback. However the facts you present are misleading. You use words like liar, crooks and manipulative. Your labels are a far stretch from what occurred, we did not lie, cheat or manipulate any person. There is always 2 sides to every story. The two vehicles were...

purchased by your father and sister. After the purchase you convinced your father and sister to continue to find a better price from other local dealers. Another dealer did in fact present a possible better offer. You called to inquire about returning the 2 cars. We made the business decision to match that price regardless of the previous purchase and sales documents your sister and father had already signed which meant re-issuing the complete document package again.  Let’s be open to the true issue at hand. You are dissatisfied due to the fact you are looking for a $100 referral fee that is offered when referring a new customer to Berlin City. Your sister and father are both previous customers of Berlin City Nissan. The referral fee is not paid on established, current customers of Berlin City Nissan who return to buy another car. We feel badly that you believe you are entitled to this referral fee. You did state that you would scatter bad social reviews if we did not pay this fee. We will not be held hostage because we dedicated to not pay you the $100 referral fee. Thank you
