We sent out two letters prior to the final notice that was sent on 07/31/2015. The dates of those letters are 06/05/and 07/06/2015. In both of those letters it stated that she was currently on a month to month lease and that her market rent would change along with the month to month
fees changing effective 09/01/ We have delivered all three notices to the door. Since she is still currently on a month to month lease the minimum notice to vacate required is days. She is more than welcome to stay days if needed. She will have to pay the correct rent since the notices were delivered to her door

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I never said I didn't understand giving days noticeI'm saying that I did NOT receive your courtesy notices on June 5th or July 6th so I was unaware that my month to month fee and my base rent was changing until I received the July 28th noticeJuly 28th to August is only days, not enough time for me to put in a day notice without paying the increased month to month fee.If I had put in notice on July 28th (when I first received my notice) days out would have been September 26th, which means I would have had to pay and month to month fee of $for the month of September

I never said I didn't understand giving 60 days notice. I'm saying that I did NOT receive your courtesy notices on June 5th or July 6th so I was unaware that my month to month fee and my base rent was changing until I received the July 28th notice. July 28th to August 31 is only 35 days, not enough time for me to put in a 60 day notice without paying the increased month to month fee.If I had put in notice on July 28th (when I first received my notice) 60 days out would have been September 26th, which means I would have had to pay and month to month fee of $300 for the month of September.
