I was contacted by Mr*** by phone on December 14th and again by text on December 19th. Mr*** said he was unaware of my complaint when he reached out on the 14th. On 12/19, he mentioned that he should charge me for a change order because the replacement door was larger
than the original. At no point did he mention additional charges and there is no language in his estimate that speaks to change ordersHe asked for my insurance company information and it advised him that I’d wait for his response to the Revdex.com.He offered to come back and “fix the stuff that we did”. I told him I was available 12/22/between AM - PM; he has yet to respond. Thanks,*** ***

I am not satisfied with his proposal to charge me more money for a job that he still has yet to complete. Additionally he stated yet again that he would come back and never responded after I gave him a date and time.
