This firm called under the pretense of representing the agency that was handling my account. The representative did not know the agencies telephone number or address. I was then threatened by the representative regarding judgments and liens toward me in which I was never contacted via mail about the account. Then the representative did not leave a VM when he called my number and once I called the number thinking it was a local number, the representative started badgering about bank info and me owing an exuberant amount of money owed on the account it needed to be resolved within six months. It just was not a good approach and very unprofessional.
