WARNING!!! Worst car buying experience at Berman's InfinitiI spoke with the salesmen and used car sales manager LUIS [redacted] before flying in, and when I showed up the car was entirely different than the pictures onlineBEWARE, they take low resolution photos to hide the flaws on purpose, and when asked to explain any flaws they may know about due to the low res pictures, they LIEHaving traveled half way across the country, I was so thoroughly frustrated with the experience I left the dealershipSubsequently we communicated again after I had left, we negotiated for a few HOURS via text and came to a conclusive price (via text in writing) and when I arrived they did the BAIT and SWITCH, refusing to honor the conditions and pricing we had agreed to IN WRITING! I LEFT the dealership a second time, they made no apologies for lying a second time eitherAfter being in contact with them a 3rd time the same day, and receiving a promise on pricing after their ridiculous haggling, it was too late for me to get the money from the bankAs I tried to put a deposit down to hold the car until the next morning, in order to withdraw the funds when the bank opened, they refusedSo after spending over $just to come to their dealership from across the country, they lied TIMES in a row, refused to take a deposit to hold the car for a day due to their dishonesty, and then sold the car from under me that eveningThree days of lost time and over $down the drain, Berman's doesn't deserve YOUR business or MINE, find another dealership that has a sense of ethics, morals, and honor

I spoke with Mr*** *** on a number of occasions this past weekWe resolved ***'s concerns*** wanted to
replace his car and sell his carHe was concerned that the his car had previous frame damage and that would result in a lower value for his carWe showed him that was not the case...and he agreed with the conclusion
I also wanted to help *** out with purchasing his vehicleWe agreed on a fair price for the car and that seemed to make *** very happyHe told me a number of times during the past couple of days, how professional we handled his concerns*** mentioned to me that he is very happy and he might have jumped the gun on his complaintHe told me that he would be contacting the Revdex.com and telling how he is completely satisfied with his experience with Berman's Infiniti of Chicago
