WARNING!!! Worst car buying experience at Berman's Infiniti. I spoke with the salesmen and used car sales manager LUIS [redacted] before flying in, and when I showed up the car was entirely different than the pictures online. BEWARE, they take low resolution photos to hide the flaws on purpose, and when asked to explain any flaws they may know about due to the low res pictures, they LIE. Having traveled half way across the country, I was so thoroughly frustrated with the experience I left the dealership. Subsequently we communicated again after I had left, we negotiated for a few HOURS via text and came to a conclusive price (via text in writing) and when I arrived they did the BAIT and SWITCH, refusing to honor the conditions and pricing we had agreed to IN WRITING! I LEFT the dealership a second time, they made no apologies for lying a second time either. After being in contact with them a 3rd time the same day, and receiving a promise on pricing after their ridiculous haggling, it was too late for me to get the money from the bank. As I tried to put a deposit down to hold the car until the next morning, in order to withdraw the funds when the bank opened, they refused. So after spending over $600 just to come to their dealership from across the country, they lied 3 TIMES in a row, refused to take a deposit to hold the car for a day due to their dishonesty, and then sold the car from under me that evening. Three days of lost time and over $600 down the drain, Berman's doesn't deserve YOUR business or MINE, find another dealership that has a sense of ethics, morals, and honor.
