We have been at your home 5 times within 17 years. One of those calls was to install a boiler in February of 2000. May 2001 we installed a condenser and thermostat. July 2008 we were there for a spring check for the air conditioner. July 2008 we returned to replace a run capacitor on the air...

conditioner. December 2016 did a fall check on the boiler and replaced the thermostat couple. Later the same day you had no heat and we returned the same the same day and adjusted the pilot. I have pictures that prove the technician checked the air handler and cleaned the filter. I also have a picture of the latter at the scuttle hole proving he did get into the attic. We had scheduled another technician to visit this Saturday but we canceled it.
