How do you tell a dying man that you're going to come and see him repeatedly for weeks and never show?
You got a hold of my whole family over and over again and said "I'm on your way" how many times did one of us hear you say that? And there's no denying it! We literally have you in our inbox. He literally died asking where you were!? So excited that his friend was coming to see him! Over and over again you said you were going to see him and never did! How awful and you're a caregiver?
I pray to God somebody shuts you down! Nobody deserves to die with somebody holding their hand that is as rotten as you! You are an absolutely horrible person in my book!

Since November 26th you've repeatedly said that you're coming to see my uncle! Why was my cousin so upset with you because his father who was taking his last breath was saying my friend Bernadette is coming to see me... and once again just like every other day you never showed! The awful thing is none of us reached out to you.. why in the world would you play games with someone who is dying and their family? Absolutely awful! For what?

The confirmation number he provided is too many digits long, and we cannot find a [redacted] that stayed here, not just in the time specified, but at all Might he be confusing us with the Motel 6?
