The technician ([redacted]) diagnosed my problem over the phone based on my description of the air conditioner noise and conditions. He arrived with the part he believed was needing to be replaced (capacitor) in a timely manner and made the repair in less then 5 minutes. He was very friendly and I believe the cost was reasonable. If I have another ac problem I'll call the same company.
