Review: On January **,2015 I contacted [redacted] my tax consultant to to prepare my 2014 tax refund I spoke with [redacted] Over the telephone as I always do every year to give him my information I inform [redacted] that my checking account has been closed and I have a new checking account which is now with [redacted] and no longer with [redacted] bank I gave Bernard my new account routing and checking account number I I filed rapid refund in which I was supposed to receive my taxes on February *, 2015 I never receive my refund on February * in which I paid [redacted] an additional fee to have my income taxed rapidly refund. I then proceeded to call my bank to find out what was going on with my taxes which is my [redacted] checking account I was told that no refund has been posted to my account. On February *, 2015 I contacted [redacted] which has my closed account. I was informed my [redacted] that my refund was sent to my closed account which had an overdrawn balance so as a result [redacted] will take the money I owe and send me a paper check in the mail for the remaining balance [redacted] made a very big mistake by sending federal income tax to my closed checking account and my state refund was sent to the correct account which is my [redacted] account now causing a delay in me receiving my refund [redacted] informed me that I will receive the check in the mail in 7-10 business days and on top of that I have to deposit the check in my bank when I get it a waiti for it to clear this. Defeats the purpose of me filing a rapid refund I call Bernard on feb * and informed him of his error he never apologize for the mistake that he made he told me "don't worry you will get your money I will call [redacted] call me back around 3:00pm" when I called back me.bernand he informed me that [redacted] will be mailing him my check and he will cut me a check and I should have it by Monday February [redacted] 2015. I decided to contact [redacted] again to clarify as to whether or not I would receive my check to my address or will my tax preparer receive my check and he would have to cut a check for me I was notified by [redacted] that that was Miss information given to me by BernardDesired Settlement: I will like to have a full refund for the money that I paid [redacted] for my taxes that I still have not received
