The customer is complaining about two items that are incorrect. First he was explained what the refund was and agreed only a few days after the sales we then sent the check out. He never checked for the check at his residents and then filed the complaint. We showed him the check was sent out and explained to him the difference in the amount again is the mandatory sales tax which gets paid. He does not pick up the phone We e-mailed him and he seems to respond to you not us. We need to stop payment on the check and reissue with an address that he will be checking for the check. Business Response to a Complaint ***Response: Thanks for providing us with the letter written by *** ***I can confirm that she brought a GLK vehicle in for a climate control issueShe was originally
quoted $for two hours’ worth of labor to check the climate control system to try and determine what was causing the failureShe was also informed that the computer records showed this to be a salvaged car, and that there were no warranties on itAfter the technician spent the time running various tests, it was found that there was a short in the wiring somewhere in the vehicle causing the automatic climate control system to shut downThe customer was notified that we would need an additional hours’ worth of labor ($580)to start disassembling the interior(carpets, seats, center console,etc) to begin tracing for a short in the wire harness ( this wire harness is the main body harness of the vehicle)She authorized the additional charges on a phone conversation with her advisorThe technician spent the time tracing the wire, disassembling the interiorWe traced the wire up to the dash boardIt was determined the next step was to remove the dashboard to continue tracing the wireThe customer was informed and we asked the customer to authorize an additional hours ($870) to remove the dash board and continue to trace the wire harnessShe told the advisor that she did not want to go any further and she would pick up the vehicle later, she became belligerent on the phone and also told the advisor that she wasn't going to pay for anythingThe advisor directed her to see me when she came to pick up the vehicle later that nightWe reassembled the vehicle for herWhen she came in to pick up her vehicle, she again said she wasn’t going to pay for the technicians time, and became belligerentShe was handled with the utmost professionalismShe was insisting that she wasn't going to payShe was told that we could not release the vehicle without paymentI offered a significant discount to resolve the issueShe finally paid the discounted bill and we released the vehicleShe called back the next day and spoke to the daytime managerWe ultimately credited all her money back, but we have decided that we no longer wish to do business with herSent on: *** *** ** Sent by: ***

They claim to have referred two customers to Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn but those are our customers that have been in our showroom and we have soldWe have tried to explain to *** *** of Presidential Auto Leasing that the customers that he is trying to get a referral fee on are actually our
customers and that have been in our databaseWe have never had an issue with paying our customers for their referral fees and we do not owe them any money

thank you for getting this to me.  First of all I was not the sales person and I have never spoken with [redacted] or [redacted].  [redacted]  Haber brought his car in for its first service in the fall.  He spoke with our Service Manager and was offered a pre-paid scheduled service...

plan.   This plan gives the customer a nice savings by buying in advance  so when they need to come in for the next service it will be covered.  So the pre-paid service pkg. from Mercedes-Benz he purchased was to cover the three services over the time of his lease first one was done when he was here and had purchased the pkg.   A month ago I started receiving calls from their son.  I looked into and explained that it was not a warranty and he took advantage of it with the service that was done at the time.   He then e stated its a lease car you don't need to service it which I explained you do need to service the car as per you lease agreement.  I did offer for him and his parents to come in and see me since they are the owners of the car that's who I should be talking too.  He has then been doing all these complaints in there names.   So I still would like them  to come in so we can sit down with my service manager Devin Predigar and go over the entire issue.  He has refused this meeting.  I also have the e-mails with the son showing this.  Sincerely [redacted]

The 2013 Mercedes GLK350 was purchased by the customer o  9/**/2016The vehicle was a Mercedes Benz certified Pre-owned Vehicle which provides the customer with a 5 year unlimited mileage warranty from the original new vehicle retail date of 1/**/2013.  The warranty expiration date is...

1/**/2018If the client after 9months of owning the vehicle wishes to upgrade to a larger vehicle we gladly look at the possibility of trading in her existing 2013 Mercedes.  They may contact Martin Hall, General manager to discuss options.
