He has been non responsive to our attempts to ameliorate his alleged issues. The complainant had moved into the home, lived there for seven months, his drain clogged up and then he wanted to blame the original construction for it being clogged. A clogged drain will only take a few days to back up if it is clogged with construction materials. After months of living there any sewer back up is caused by the resident He is wishing to decorate his home etc., at the expense of claiming that the original builder did some things wrong. He inspected the home with inspectors and real estate agents prior to closing escrow and was very satisfied and closed escrow. This company always has built custom homes of the finest quality and have never had previous complaints Sincerely, *** ** *** *** *** President

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[[redacted] response is typical of how he conducts business - misleading and full of excuses.  The issue in court was following up on a temporary restraining order that was issued against Mr. [redacted] after threatening physical assault to myself on our property in response to our efforts to have our house issues resolved.  This was the 2nd time he had made these types of threats. The matters dealt with in court had nothing to do with the issues at hand in our complaint to the Revdex.com.  As a result of these threats and refusal to complete deficiencies,  we will only accept payment to another contractor to the remaining items fixed, which include damage caused by his own trades.  I would also like to note that [redacted] is misleading clients into thinking he is a general contractor, when he in fact is not licensed in California as such.  If proven true, these are felonies and the matter is currently under investigation by the Contractors State License Board.]

Review: We purchased a new home from [redacted] (Seller) and would like the following issues resolved:1. Seller has had 8 months to complete the punch list items. During the many repairs, his trades have caused additional damage that also needs repair. Seller is now non-responsive to the remaining items and we cannot wait any longer. We would like our trades to finish the punch list items and to be paid by Seller.2. Our main drain was clogged and we required the emergency services of a plumber at an expense of $295 to fix.
