Bernard Law Group, Seattle, WA, represented my son and me in a car accident in June 2024.

When we hired them, we didn't receive a call from an attorney who would have been assigned to our case. We had no idea what to expect or the process involved.

The paralegal assigned to our case was awful. After 6 months of waiting for the records, she did nothing to follow up on them. Thus, we lost 6 months due to her negligence. She no longer works for them. We were assigned a different paralegal.

We were offered a settlement. Had we known that we had to repay Doctors and our insurance company, which was over $40,000.00, we never would have settled at the price that we did
even though we didn't have to pay back that amount.

There is a person, Shahrzad Ghaemi, who negotiates with Doctors and Insurance companies to secure a lower amount to be repaid.

She was beyond amazing! Her communication with us was OUTSTANDING!
She actually cared about us and went the extra mile to get the money we owed down to the bare minimum
We can't say enough about her!
