Near the end of September 2017, I engaged with an individual who had advertised on Craig's List as a Vending Machine Locator We talked over the phone a few times and he sent me an email containing a vending agreement I was to complete this agreement and return to him with percent payment for two machines to be located ($50.00) while the remaining percent would be due upon finding the locations On or about October 12, 2017, I mailed the agreement along with a check for a $deposit If locations were not secured within days, I would be refunded my deposit He had emailed me on October to let me know that he had received my check The check was cashed on or about October I thought I would give him to the end of November to secure the locations I followed up with emails to MrLerner numerous times near the end of the days On November 20, he emailed me the following, "very slow too many places no owner in or too many machines if not completed by nov
