My Wife and I love our new window's from RenVision It was a all day installment and the installer's did a excellent jobThey cleaned up inside and out after the job was completed My Wife and I would like to thank the installers for a job well done (no leaks in our new windows) We are really enjoying our new RenVision windows( Our windows are tinted, they help keep out bright sun light) Completely satisfied customers [redacted]

We purchased a home in Annapolis that was built in One of the first projects we wanted completed was a complete remodeling of the kitchen and both bathrooms After consulting with several companies we decided to work with RenVision Kitchen and Bathrooms of Annapolis Our first point of contact was Mike McCassie who spent time consulting and listening to our ideas for the project In late July, we made the decision to start the project of a total remodeling of the kitchen and the bathrooms We were told the total project would take about to weeks for completion The kitchen remodeling included the removal of a wall, extensive structural changes, and a lot of rewiring to accommodate new LED lighting The original concept was to have a center island with a gas range and under-counter venting Before construction started the gas range was relocated to a different area which provided an improved area for meal preparation and entertainment Another change was to extend the floor tile to include the entry hall, coat closet, and laundry room It was decided that the hall bath would be done first and in parallel to the start of the kitchen project That allowed us a functional bathroom as we were living in the house as the project was being done As soon as the hall bath was functional, they started the master bathroom project The crew RenVision assembled to do the project were professional and knowledgeable They took care to keep the disruption to our lives minimal and made every effort to cleanup daily Every member of the team went out of their way to address any questions we had and were great in providing suggestions that would improve the final outcome of the project Our overall experience with RenVision was great! As with any project of this size there was some minor frustration with miscommunication and follow-up For example, some of the changes discussed did not make it into the contract and did not get communicated to the on-site work team But in every instance the changes were caught and made As stated earlier we were told the project would take to weeks for completion so when at the end of weeks we were 98% completed it was a great surprise The only items left was to install a curved shower rod, a door stop, and some touch up painting We are not quite sure what the cause was but it took almost another full week to complete these final items It should be noted that we did have full use of everything including the shower as they had installed a temporary shower rod In summary I would highly recommend Mike and the whole RenVision team While I have stated there were some miscommunications, customer service was exceptional and the on-site workers fantastic We were so impressed with RenVision we had them replace all of our windows on the front of the house Again the work was impeccable

My husband and I are so happy we decided to use RenVision to remodel our master bathroom We meet with Mike and he understood our vision and helped us all the way through the process The installers were great They were on time, professional and took pride in their work The customer service from the project manager was greatly appreciated as this was our first big remodeling project Overall we are very satisfied with the work done by RenVision and would recommend them to our friends and family Our kitchen is up next and we will definitely be calling them in the Summer

This company somehow got my cell phone number and called several times to solicit my business, calling me by me first name When I asked how they got my cell phone number they refused to answer Even after I asked to be removed from their call list, I got another call from them on my cell phone the very next day Companies that resort to shady practiced to drum up business don't deserve my business

I hired Revision to do a high end master bathAfter signing contract things were not going as their sales person said it would goSo I signed the cancelation clause and returned contract to them within the hrtime frameWithin a couple hours the owner stopped by the house and promised that I would not be disappointed if I let them do the job [redacted] was a former neighbor so I made the mistake of trusting him They charged me for a high end job but delivered a builders grade job with lousy workmanship they had to finish drywall times they removed and reset shower tiles two times and tile work is still unacceptableAfter months They finally hired a painting contractor to get paint right and finish vanity installationThey would never return phone callsI have asked them several times for copies of plumbing and electrical permits and inspections to no avail

I would never hire this company again or ever recommend them to anyone Why? I was told that my master bathroom renovation would take two weeks After well over two months the project finished I upgraded the shower head and they tried to charge me $for a $shower head I upgraded the shower base to a tile ready neo-angle base ($1900) and was offered no money back for the original base The curb overhung by over an inch into the shower which I was not happy about and RenVision wanted to spilt the cost of the custom made curb when it was decided that the only solution was to purchase a custom curb
After only using the shower three times, it began to leak I contacted RenVision and was told that the glass people would need to come out to look at itAfter doing some trouble shooting with the glass contractor we figured that the water was leaking between the base and the curb (RenVision never bothered to remove the cabinet and grout in the new curb) RenVision came out next and proceeded to ruin the door sweep Next the glass people came back out and replaced the sweep After the second sweep, I made RenVision remove the vanity and properly calk and grout everything
Tonight I was in the bathroom and now there is a leak under the sink and the wood on the bottom of the cabinet is wet and "bubbled" up Not happy about this at all
RevVision was supposed to replace some more of their sloppy tile work and failed to do that One week and no one has been to the house since the vanity went back in No follow up, nothing
RenVison advertises that they do not hire sub contractors, but when I asked for a refund on the labor for un-installed tile (I paid an additional $for the installation of glass tile), they mentioned to me that some of their subs charge them $10/per square foot to install glass tile
Overall, the work was very sloppy and they were not neat

We did a complete remodel of a large master bathroom The project was supposed to take four weeks and ended up taking about months We were told before the project started that ordering the cabinets should be done right away, as there is a week lead time to get them We took the day off of work to pick out cabinets, and then drive from Annapolis, to Columbia and to Elkridge to pick out cabinets, tile and granite It took the designer more than weeks to send us the cabinet renderings
The installers wanted to install the tile floor over the old, cracked tile floor We caught this and insisted that they remove the old floor One of the cabinets that they sent us was wrong, so it was another weeks to get the right cabinet The sitting space was installed at the wrong height and the granite people came out and templated the counter tops So the sitting space had to be re-set, and the granite people had to come out again They took inches out of the width of our washower, so that had to be re-done There are 4-more examples just like this
The worst part is that the management team gets an attitude and takes no responsibility They don't communicate with their workers, who are just doing the best that they can with limited information The workers were polite, and did a pretty good job
The final project turned out pretty well, although we specifically said that we wanted to make sure that the shower bench was sloped a little so that water would run off They assured us that it was, but it's not, and water pools up on it every time you shower The paint work is not great, and there are some gaps in the molding around the tray ceiling We showed this to the man who came by to pick up the final check He took pictures of it and assured us that he would have someone come out to look at it That was over a month ago, and we haven't been contacted I guess they have our money now, so they don't really care
This was a very expensive project, and we did not feel like we were treated as a valued customer We even told them that we have another bathroom that we'd like to remodel, and that if this project went well, we'd hire them for that one as well Needless to say, that won't be happening I strongly advise avoiding this company

My husband and I are so happy we decided to use RenVision to remodel our master bathroom. We meet with Mike and he understood our vision and helped us all the way through the process. The installers were great. They were on time, professional and took pride in their work. The customer service from the project manager was greatly appreciated as this was our first big remodeling project. Overall we are very satisfied with the work done by RenVision and would recommend them to our friends and family. Our kitchen is up next and we will definitely be calling them in the Summer.

We purchased a home in Annapolis that was built in 1987. One of the first projects we wanted completed was a complete remodeling of the kitchen and both bathrooms. After consulting with several companies we decided to work with RenVision Kitchen and Bathrooms of Annapolis. Our first point of contact was Mike McCassie who spent time consulting and listening to our ideas for the project. In late July, 2016 we made the decision to start the project of a total remodeling of the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms. We were told the total project would take about 5 to 6 weeks for completion.

The kitchen remodeling included the removal of a wall, extensive structural changes, and a lot of rewiring to accommodate new LED lighting. The original concept was to have a center island with a gas range and under-counter venting. Before construction started the gas range was relocated to a different area which provided an improved area for meal preparation and entertainment. Another change was to extend the floor tile to include the entry hall, coat closet, and laundry room.

It was decided that the hall bath would be done first and in parallel to the start of the kitchen project. That allowed us a functional bathroom as we were living in the house as the project was being done. As soon as the hall bath was functional, they started the master bathroom project.

The crew RenVision assembled to do the project were professional and knowledgeable. They took care to keep the disruption to our lives minimal and made every effort to cleanup daily. Every member of the team went out of their way to address any questions we had and were great in providing suggestions that would improve the final outcome of the project.

Our overall experience with RenVision was great! As with any project of this size there was some minor frustration with miscommunication and follow-up. For example, some of the changes discussed did not make it into the contract and did not get communicated to the on-site work team. But in every instance the changes were caught and made.

As stated earlier we were told the project would take 5 to 6 weeks for completion so when at the end of 4 weeks we were 98% completed it was a great surprise. The only items left was to install a curved shower rod, a door stop, and some touch up painting. We are not quite sure what the cause was but it took almost another full week to complete these final items. It should be noted that we did have full use of everything including the shower as they had installed a temporary shower rod.

In summary I would highly recommend Mike and the whole RenVision team. While I have stated there were some miscommunications, customer service was exceptional and the on-site workers fantastic. We were so impressed with RenVision we had them replace all of our windows on the front of the house. Again the work was impeccable.

I hired Revision to do a high end master bath. After signing contract things were not going as their sales person said it would go. So I signed the cancelation clause and returned contract to them within the 72 hr. time frame. Within a couple hours the owner stopped by the house and promised that I would not be disappointed if I let them do the job. [redacted] was a former neighbor so I made the mistake of trusting him. They charged me for a high end job but delivered a builders grade job with lousy workmanship they had to finish drywall 3 times they removed and reset shower tiles two times and tile work is still unacceptable. After 4 months They finally hired a painting contractor to get paint right and finish vanity installation. They would never return phone calls. I have asked them several times for copies of plumbing and electrical permits and inspections to no avail.

We want to say, once again, how pleased we are with what you and your company did for us, from design services Fred prepared and selection of cabinets in your beautiful showroom, installation of cabinets and granite countertops, and final finishing.
Your imaginative design services quickly helped us select the right combination of cabinet elements for our gallery-size kitchen, including the desk work area for Jean. The broad range of cabinet face styles and finishes you had available in various price categories enabled us to select cabinets that are beautiful, very well made with a quality finish, and at the same time reasonable in overall cost which enabled us to stay within our budget.
When we signed the contract you gave us an estimated starting date that was over two months away, and much to our pleasant surprise your crew started on that exact date. From point on you kept us apprised of when various phases would be done and the work progressed precisely on schedule.
All the workmen, from demolition through installation and finish carpentry, were well qualified, they worked diligently, and they were friendly and respectful.
Overall it was a very positive experience and satisfied with the craftsmanship.

This company somehow got my cell phone number and called several times to solicit my business, calling me by me first name. When I asked how they got my cell phone number they refused to answer. Even after I asked to be removed from their call list, I got another call from them on my cell phone the very next day. Companies that resort to shady practiced to drum up business don't deserve my business.

RenVision replaced our roof. Chris walked us through the entire process during his presentation. The installers worked extremely hard and made sure the area was clean after they finished. Overall we are very satisfied with our new roof.

Renvision was highly professional and worth every penny! They did an awesome job for us and all our neighbors love the windows... almost as much as we do! Great job! Great service. Excellent windows!

*RUN FROM THIS COMPANY* Awful experience and even worse company to deal with. Perhaps they do a decent job with kitchens BUT they are an absolute disaster for bathrooms. Read the other Yelp reviews from MR. on 9/23/16 and Richard B. on 7/26/16. I could not agree more. I paid $36,500 to redo my master bathroom and guest bath. I have tried to go the inexpensive route before and have been unhappy. This time I decided to break the bank and pay a premium for a premium products. What I got was awful. The quality of the tile work in a hotel bathroom is better than what I got. The job was supposed to be 3 weeks. It took over a month. Then, it took them an additional 6 visits to keep fixing things that were wrong (the biggest one being a leak through the ceiling to my 1st floor that took them several visits to try and figure out and fix). My biggest is the tile work itself. You can look at the tile and see that they are uneven and unlevel. I am so angry that I ever got duped by the people.

Here is the ultimate insult. The project manager / foreman who oversees all the crews, came out to my house to try and get my problem fixed and told me that today was his last day. He was on the job as foreman for only 10 months and was quitting. When I asked "why" he said that it was because he was tired of constantly dealing with angry customers over jobs that were completed. Wow! I wasn't sure how to feel. I felt better knowing that it was just me who got royally screwed but angry that they continue to sell this product. This is a roofing and siding company. They have no business in the bathroom remodeling business (other than ripping people off).

Don't expect to get a follow up phone call from your salesman Fred when the job is complete to she how Renvision did. He knows how they did and doesn't care. They got their money, that's all that matters. Fred is a good salesman. He sold me a bill of goods and I bought it. Shame on him for continuing to work with this company. Take a good hard look in the mirror.

Final note... if you go to [redacted] and read their reviews, it's all great. I find it funny that the review they asked me to write for them never made it to the list. Even funnier is if you scroll through and read the reviews, you will see a bunch of 5 star reviews from Renvision employees (Briana [redacted] and Fred [redacted] - the salesman) to name a few. Nothing like a little false perception drive sales!

I usually wouldn't take the time or energy to write a review like this but am I [redacted]. It has been over 1 month now and I and still fuming. If this review helps prevent at least 1 consumer not use this company for a bathroom remodel then I feel as though I have done a good deed.

We saw RenVision at the Home and Garden show and Brian answered many of our questions right there. A few weeks later we had them out for a quote. They took some measurements, we picked out the styles we wanted and provided a quote right then. We had two other contractors in to give us estimates, and one was very close but did not offer the selection that RenVision did. The second contractor was about 1 1/2 times the cost. Once we contracted RenVision, Christina gave us an install date on when they expected to start. The master bath was completed first with the repairs made to the floor and sheet rock. They did bring my husband up a couple of times to show him something, or explain what they were doing. The hall bathroom was completed a week after the Master. What a difference these new bathrooms have made in an 18 year old house that had 3 kids grow up in them. I would highly recommend RenVision for the customer service, quality of product and work and professionalism.

Sales representative seemed knowledgeable. Did good presentation. We explained what we wanted very clearly. We wanted a 40 inch walk in shower but the wet wall was a little short so we had to settle for a 38 x60 shower, which he said probably had to be ordered. He asked how fast did we want to proceed. We were in no hurry, but we said thanksgiving week if they could get job done in 3 days. Keep in mind there was no tub or shower to take out I had already done this. 1st day of construction my wife called and said that the shower base wasn't 38 x60 it was 36x60. She called Renvision and the gentleman told her that the sales rep made a mistake and wrote down 38x60 and ment 36x60. We knew this was not true. We paid for a 38x60 shower but received a 36x60 shower with no rebate for the difference. Workers were very cordual but the workman ship left great improvement. The base was recessed into the back wall under furring strip instead of in front. Now we lose another inch of shower space.the end wall was so out of square it had to be torn down and redone. Putting job behind schedule. Worker asked to come out early Friday after the holiday, we said sure what time he said 9 am. All day no show no calls we called and sent emails all day. They made contact Saturday late morning wanted to send someone out , no show, they called back and said Sunday morning. They showed and finished. Job looks OK but wrong size and not worth $7500.00. We would not recommend Renvision
