We disclosed all the relevant information we had available to us at time of saleWe would have had no knowledge of the *** issue as it was not on the *** when we sold the vehicle As far as pricing on the vehicle - it was market priced The dealer who is valuing your trade in now has the choice what to pay for any carPricing on any car is a dynamic thing with many factors that influence itNone of us has the ability to predict what valuation a vehicle will have two years into the future. We seek to have satisfied customers and are sorry you are unhappy but we operated ethically responsibly and provided a good Certiifed *** at a great price

can list as an "accident". It is typical for entities like yours to wash off your hands when the product is already sold and used by the consumer.  I don't think that you guys will ever accept or realize the fact that the product was not priced appropriately.  My time and energy is been wasted here even though I am on the loosing end.  Yes, I am unhappy and very frustrated with the kind of responses that I have received so far.  This is the height of ridiculousness and unethical business practice.  I am not ready to believe that you being an authorized dealer and claim to have inspected your CPO vehicle with more than 300 points before putting it up for sale on the market wasn't aware of such an incident/history of your product.  Are you telling me that when you bought the car back from the previous owner, you guys blindly took the car back with no questions asked?  What did your 300+ point inspection tell you?  Did your engineers not find that there was some repairs performed by someone else?  And if this repair was performed by an another authorized dealer, do you guys don't to share that data?  Where is the truth in engineering???

Bernardi [redacted] does apologize for our sales person not marking the car with a hold/soldtag. We cannot offer any excuse for that taking place. He also failed to createa Purchase and Sale Agreement for you to sign. Our other Sales staff had noway of knowing that the car was being held for you. Even...

though he was a newsales person he should have known to do this. While we regret that this has been your experience, wewill use it as a learning tool so that others will not face that same problem. I know that having to purchase a car is a chore no one looks forward to, andthen encountering a problem like this make the prospect of getting a newvehicle even less appealing. Purchasing a new or used vehicle should be apleasurable practice and leave you with a great feeling about our organizationand vehicles we sell. All of us at Bernardi [redacted] take your comments seriously. I know that you are giving us anotherattempt to re-earn your business. We have discounted this other vehicle to helpkeep you as a Bernardi customer.
