Ledgewood Powersports Inc serviced [redacted] Seadoo on 8/30/2016. Upon inspecting the customers watercraft, out technician found that some entity other than this dealership had tampered with the hull and body hardware. Numerous Nuts and bolts were discovered loose and or missing which caused...
this unit to take on water. This in NO WAY shape or form was caused or done by this dealership. Customer authorized this dealership to replace the missing hardware on her Seadoo, and the dealership did so, as well as checked for unit leaks on trailer, and no leaks were found after dealership replaced all of [redacted] missing hardware. Ledgewood Powersports discounted the labor on this service ticket to [redacted] even though we were NOT the ones who took any screws and bolts out of [redacted] Seadoo.Our dealership service manager, Joe offered to lake test this unit for [redacted] and [redacted] declined. [redacted] picked up her Seadoo and we have had no further communication with her. [redacted] offered to rescind the complaint it its entirety and undertands it was not Ledgewood Powersports that left her bolts and nuts out, however we extended the offer of discounting the service labor fees to assist her Noelle S[redacted], GMJoe Y[redacted] Svc managerLedgewood Powersports Inc.
