Review: I placed an online order on 3/24/15 for a basket and plant for my sister-in-law, who had just had surgery. My credit card was charged $153.00, and I ordered it for next day delivery.

The basket did not show up for several days. I finally reached the owner, who said her daughter had taken over for several days, and did not fulfill the order. Two days later, the items were delivered. The owner, [redacted], said that she also credited my credit card $153. The money was never replaced. I sent numerous emails without response.

I called again, and was told that she would mail me a check.

Months have gone by, and I have called many times, left many messages and emails.

I finally told the owner I was coming in to pick up my check.

When I arrived, I found the store dark, with a sign out front saying renovations were being done.

Four months later, I still have not received my money.Desired Settlement: A refund in the amount of $153.00 mailed to me.
