When Ms*** ordered her appraisal we did inform her it would be one month or more before we could get to her propertyAs far as the amount of acreage, the information is taken from the tax bills we received at the Fayette County Courthouse, we do show she has an easement to her
property however that is no going to change the value per acreWe used seven comparable properties to help us determine a fair market value per acre for the subject property and we feel that Ms *** would rather us tell her what she thought the property was worth instead of what the comparable properties showIf there is a typo in the report we would be more than happy to make a correctionAs far as no communication with her, I was in the hospital having both knees replaced and had some trouble with the surgery and was out of the office for around three weeks, however our office did let her know this and felt that everything was taking care of

We are adding in the .6 acres and emailing her a new copy of this. It would have been much easier if she would have just came in and showed us her concerns.

I am rejecting this response because:I am not disputing the price per acre !!  The total acres should be 81.6 on the appraisal -AS PER TAX BILLS ATTACHED- instead of 81 acres.I went on and paid their bill under protest because I pay on time and did not want a bad mark on my credit over this.  I still feel they shouldcorrect the appraisal - TOTAL ACRES.  I also think I should get a refund of some kind because we are now 4 months since I ordered the appraisaland it is still not correct, all over a math error they refuse to acknowledge.  The surgery didn't happen until Feb. - 2 months after I'd ordered the appraisal.  It should have been done and CORRECT long before that, or I shouldhave been told they could not complete it so I could find someone else.

I am rejecting this response because:
I still have not received the corrected appraisal.  The only attachments they sent me were maps !!!  I DID e-mail [redacted] 2 days after receiving the appraisal and telling specifically what the error was and they never responded at all !!  This is a simple math error and had they responded and fixed it I'd have been satisfied.I agree it would have been easier to just call, but I never got any results by phone or e-mail.  AND 2 months after filing this complaint I still do not have a correct appraisal !!!
