Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Robert S [redacted] is a guy nobody wants to work withHe was mocking about my speaking disability and was threatening meFord should check their cameras which shows how he was running around mocking me and walking up to me threateningI did curse him after he made mockery of me by running around in the front.In regards to service, they haven't fixed the problems & that I mentionedI made it very clear to him when he told me to leave saying I don't have an automobile degreeThe problem of front end noise is not fixed and the brakes were changed not at my request but when they asked me to fix rear noiseI can provide emails that I sent to them and voicemails I got from themI can get written estimates from another ford dealer or mechanic saying that the front end noise was fixed or better yet an independent mediator can do a test rideAs his email conveys, he is just a plain lair just saying things to get out of thisI only have pity for him In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

This vehicle has almost 175k miles on it, and is over years oldPlease note it has no valid warranty on itAll work done at our facility was approved before started We disconnected the coil to prevent further damage from the new coil, customer was made aware of thisAlso, Ford recommends to replace the coil and a processor, the customer declined this service at the current timeThere were other services suggested for this vehicle that the customer also declinedPlease see attached documents to show the work that was done and the work that was suggested and declinedAll safety recalls were performed at no charge

Service Director - Robert S [redacted] (Total sg) Service Advisor - Karen W [redacted] She is a kind person but have to get approval from that sg Robert S [redacted] ) Customer No", This is the start of the customer's Google review, First of all to address his review as far as a disability ,no one here has any idea what he is talking about and his vulgarity as shown in the excerpt is only the beginninghis temper tantrum and cursing in front of other customers and the scene he created was why he was asked to leave and not comebackAs far as his alignment goes the repairs that we performed and he admitted resolved his issues would not affect his alignment although he insists that it would because he is a "Propulsion Engineer"I found out that approximately weeks prior he had it at another dealer who did align his truck, when I told him that he should take his vehicle , Ford Raptor pickup, designed for extreme offroading , back to them he answered "he would never go back there they are a bunch of incompetent [redacted] just like you guys are"This is when he was asked to leaveHis brakes he was explained were about half worn and he opted to replace, while he was hereSince he can't go back to the other dealer because they were incompetent, and he can no longer come here and I don't know where he was going for the last 60,miles, but there seems to be a pattern hereThe repairs the customer approved prior to being performed include a deductible and the brakes that are considered wear items and not covered under his extended warranty, being customer responsibilityBesides myself dealing with the customer and being the target of his vulgarity and on line there are many witnesses to the entire scene he created, in the form of other customers and employeesThank you, Robert S [redacted] , Parts and Service Director

I have attached the bills from the Jeep dealership for which we had to complete some of the work IMMEDIATELY due to the fact that Hempstead Ford Lincoln “claimed” they completed BUT never did…It compromised the vehicle as well as jeopardized the safety of all those that drove the vehicle
As requested the follow up with the listed advertisement with the soft top in the email and the remainder are BELOW in the video which clearly shows the video was taken on their premises and included a soft top The remainder of the documentation you requested in a fax this afternoon I also if needed have email correspondences with Hempstead Fords admission that this car was delivered and sold to us with a NYS inspection that DID NOT meat NYS standards I will be faxing the bill of sale,warranty information, royal shield limited vehicle warranty Below is the the video that CLEARLY lists the soft top included in the sale of this vehicle that we payed full asking price In addition I have written proof in documentation that this car was sold to us with a NYS safety inspection and in fact when we returned home we found this “fully inspected car” WITHOUT any rear seatbelts We plan to follow up with then NYS DMV to file a claim for this as well We let it go at the time, since they had promised that they would repair the vehicle items that were a MUST to fix after purchase…again to find out that ALL of those items the told us were serviced …were NEVER serviced and again compromised the car and put the life of the drivers in our family in jeopardy They too can lose their NYS inspection license for this negligence Again I thank you for your time and assistance in helping us with this matter We haven’t brought it to court, nor the DMV as we are awaiting your decision on how to proceed and we are taking this VERY seriously at this time *** *** P.S. I have been trying to send an email you with an attachment with a video with the info you requested we send along to you…but it keeps kicking back to me as it says it is too large

Hempstead Ford offered to inspect the vehicle free of charge to determine how and why the wheel fell off vehicle as described by the customer If the cause is related to the services previously performed by Hempstead Ford then any damage resulting therefrom will be repaired by Hempstead Ford
at no charge to the customer Hempstead Ford is ready and willing to have the vehicle towed into their facility at no charge to inspect the vehicle The dealership will also provide the customer with a loaner vehicle while the vehicle is inspected by Hempstead Ford technicians Hempstead Ford has sold and serviced vehicle for more than years and stands behind its services Incidents like the one described by the customer rarely to never occur and the technician who performed the services to the customer's vehicle was "A" rated and trained Hempstead is willing to assist the customer in determining what happened to his vehicle However, unless and until we can inspect the vehicle it is impossible to determine how the wheel fell off the vehicle and what is needed to repair the alleged damage Please ask the customer to contact Doug C*** at ###-###-#### to make arrangements for the vehicle to be towed to the dealership for an immediate inspection
