Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/24) */ On 4-21-15 customer brought vehicle in and asked us to do a alignment, check low idle, and burning smell. At that time we did his alignment as asked and also did valve cover gaskets for the other 2 problems. Test drove vehicle and vehicle was... driving properly. Only $79.95 of the $468.21 charge was for the alignment. On 5-26-15 we rechecked alignment which was exactly in spec and switched front 2 tires to help pull. Test drove and vehicle was not pulling at that time. This was all done at no charge, and customer was given copy of alignment specs. On 6-20-15 vehicle returned for still pulling right. At that time the vehicle was pulling, vehicle was completely inspected and we found left front caliper stuck and wheel unable to be turned (we suspect problem intermittent) Alignment was rechecked again and still completely in specs. Customer was called about the new problem and we recommended replacing both calipers & brake pads. Gave customer estimate on repairs. Also noticed noise and found loose swaybar links, recommended replacing but not causing problems. Customer denied repairs at that time.
