Review: On Sunday, 10/** I handed in my laundry and asked if they could be delivered that evening. I had 2 towels for a regular wash and dry and the rest of my laundry was to be hung dry.That evening I received the 2 towels only and didn't receive any of my hand dry clothes or my washing liquid back. I rang the laundrette and notified them. 20 minutes later the delivery man handed me a bunch of my hang dry clothes on the the hangers at the door.That night I saw that 3 items were missing so I rang them first thing in the morning onMonday, 10/**. I spoke to a girl called [redacted] who I left the clothes with originally and she said she would let the boss/owner know and look for my clothes. I then rang back every morning but they still did not have any luck finding my clothes or any response from the owner (who's name I believe is [redacted]) till Thursday afternoon.Thursday, 10/** I spoke to the owner who said he needed time to look for the clothes. I asked how much time as I had waited all week for a response and he still would not give me a clear answer so I said I would call back on the weekend. I felt he was quite rude to me on the phone.Sunday, 10/** My boyfriend called him on sunday to discuss the situation and he again said he needed more time and he would give us 2 free washes. I lost 2 bras costing $50 each and a top costing $80. This wasnt good enough. We said we would call again Monday evening at 6pm to see if he had found them.Monday, 10/** We rang him and he stated that $50 was the highest he would pay to replace the clothes or 2 free washes. He said the clothes weren't worth more than that because they were 'used'. The hang dry clothes are all hung up and supposed to be kept together so it isn't good that some are missing and that they are left in a place where anyone can take them. I now have to buy more underwear and a new top to replace these items and I will be out of pocket for nearly $150!Desired Settlement: I would like the clothes to be either found or replaced. 2 free washes is not good enough. I don't want to be out of pocket for clothes they have lost in their care.

My clothes have been found and given back to me so the matter in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
