Bernie's Pharmacy

I use to give them a 4 star rating. Today, I removed and transfered all my prescriptions out of their pharmacy after being treated horribly by an employee named Ramsey.

A rude, arrogant woman who would not let me speak from the start, talked over me, spoke so fast you couldn't understand her, hung up on me and then played games putting me on hold after refusing me to speak to a supervisor.

They are all a small close nit office so it felt the supervisor Jackie was making excuses for this woman Ramsey saying some people are just having a bad day.

Having a bad day does not give someone the right to take it out on patients needing their prescriptions and withholding them from being able to be accessed easily.

Ramsey needs to be removed from patient care all together and a formal complaint is being submitted.

However, my medical information is not in question in regards to my complaint filed with the Revdex.com.  Bernie's pharmacy has been compounding Dr.F[redacted]s skin cream for me for over two years and since I've been using this compounded skin cream made by Bernie's pharmacy I have experienced repeated skin problems.  I had no medical issues prior to using Dr. F[redacted]'s skin cream compounded by Bernie's pharmacy.  The fault starts and ends with Bernie's pharmacy as I was intentionally made a compounded skin cream to deliberately cause disfigurement to my skin and transfer diseases and others DNA topically to my blood stream through applying this compounded skin cream daily on my skin.  It was not until I was issued a compounded cream made with a tinting cream that exposed the assault I was enduring on my health for over two years caused by pharmacist's at Bernie's pharmacy.  I am pleased to know that Bernie's pharmacy has kept such detailed records of our  phone conversations as this will be important and necessary information for my case against Bernie's pharmacy in the court of law, as I have evidence, this compounded skin cream that I am currently requesting testing on to know the exact compounds that were mistakenly compounded in this cream I received, as stated to me by Bernie's pharmacist Jackie in one of our phone conversations.
