Review: I took some reel to reel to them to have them put on DVD on Auguest 1. They ask for a deposit. I gave them a credit card to put a deposit on. I told them they could charge my credit $150.00. The man came back wit a charge of $160.50. He claim that $10.50 was tax. That upset me very much. We had words about the tax before the finish product. I said what ever I wanted the tape change into DVD. My paper is dated 8/1/13. I was told that my tapes would be completed in 7 to 14 days. After that time I called them to no satifiction. I waited a few days and called them again. It was now over a month. I called and ask for the film on 9/3/13. No film. No one could explain. I called them on Oct.12,2013. They were closed and a message on the phone. I left a message that the order should be cancel and I would be there on Saturday 10/6/13. Saturday morning I went to the store. They told me they didn't have my order or my tapes. I ask them what do I need to do? At this point they are holding my tapes as hostage. For what I don't know. He also told me that the woman that takes care of this just found out her daughter is sick. I told him that didn't have anything to do with me. I was just in the hospital and it didn't make a different. He was he would call me today. Until this point No Call. I ask the man over and over what should I do. He could and wouldn't tell me anything. The film I took to him is my family over 50 years ago. I can't replace it.My father who is decese is on them along with other family members. Please heip me to get my film back. I don' know what to do. Should I try to find an attorney or what?Desired Settlement: I would like my film back and a refund on my credit card of $160.50.
