Review: I had a watch at Bernie's for several months. Whenever I checked on it, I was told they were having trouble location the need part. I was told I would receive a call when it was ready. Now the company has gone out of business. Instructions I received from the [redacted] were to call [redacted]. The message at that number says to leave a message with contact, tag number, and a description of the merchandise left for repair so arrangements can be made to return the item. I have left messages for 4 days and have not received a return call.Desired Settlement: I would like my watch returned.

Review: The store closed without notifying me. I had my watch in for repair with my contact info logged in. the store closed abruptly and did not return my watch in the process of being repaired. I went to the business and called the number provided on the door. No one returned my phone call.Desired Settlement: Please return my watch tag number [redacted] (receipt provided by Bernie)
