I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I wanted to go ahead and send you a request to close the complaint #*** against *** *** ma'am. In regards to
what happened, the oil change that I paid for was not performed correctly. However, once I brought it to the owner's attention that I had faulty maintenance done to my vehicle after several hours he sent the same employee to correct the discrepancy. They had not performed the filter change, and I caught the employee in a lie. I had time (a few hours) to file a complaint with your department in the time it took for them to come and avert my report to you. I would like to go ahead and remove my complaint against them and label this issue as resolved. I don't believe this issue requires anything further now that the issue was brought into the light and they resolved what I had been charged for. I don't know if the employee has been censured but it is also none of my business. Please let me know if this will suffice for the completion of your process. Thank you. Respectfully, *** ***
