claiming that the vehicle was not runningShe has driven this vehicle for miles when she brought it to us on 07/05/ Customer mentioned that her AC and steering wheel are not working properlyI urged her to bring the car in ASAP and then I followed by calling and talking to her three times to bring it inShe drove it for over miles before she finally brought it inI informed her that the AC is not part of the warranty but I will fix it for her due to the inconvenienceI spent a total of $fixing her car and she paid a $deductibleDealer paid for all repairs on 07/19/We had the vehicle for weeks not based on the date she provided and the final shop receipt’s dateNext, the *** Standard warranty does not cover car rentalOnly Elite package do have rental coverage and this customer was well aware of her warranty limits and a copy of the contact was provided to her at time of purchase as wellWe offer a standard warranty for free as part of a promotion to give peace of mind to our customers purchasing a used vehicle with high mileageNo dealer with these type vehicles has a program similar or close to our program Let me share some data with you to shed some light on this vehicle that was not running or had so many mechanical issues as she mentionedShe purchased this vehicle on 05/28/and as of 08/25/she has driven this *** *** for milesNot even monthsLet me give you the real reason this complaint was filled with you *** * *** purchase her 05/28/2016, she has to pay $every two weeks for years Her 1st payment on 06/11/was made by check that was returned unpaid by her bankWe have not received that payment till 06/30/2016, where even her 2nd payment was late by daysHer next payment was made on July 11th and it was due on the 07/09/and of course she was days late then the following payment was made on 07/28/and it was due on 07/23/and it was days lateWe have not received any payments for the month of August where we were forced to repo the vehicle on 08/25/This date is also was the day that this complaint was filled Please let me know if you have any further question(I provided you below with Copy of Warranty outline) Thank youMack B***
