Despite what MrD [redacted] states in his response the work has not been completed and no bill has been received Because many of the things that MrD [redacted] has stated in his responses are inaccurate or incomplete, I personally contacted Jeff B [redacted] at B [redacted] Garden Center I requested an appointment with him to have a face-to-face meeting with him to get this issue resolved Our meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August at 10: At that time, I am hoping a resolution will be achieved Until that meeting occurs I cannot state that I am satisfied with the action taken

My name is Jeff D*** I am the designer that has been working with the [redacted] on this project While we were short on the original amount of block needed for the trees at the back of the property, a mistake on my part, we did get the additional block needed for those trees and completed that work the next day The [redacted] were not charged for that additional block When I was made aware of the fact that the crew used half of the mulch that was on the estimate, I corrected the total on the proposal The foreman on the job misunderstood my directions that the trees in the front yard were only supposed to be edged and mulched and began installing some of the remaining block around the larger tree Mrs [redacted] decided that she liked this look and asked that we complete that tree I informed her at that time that since that tree was not on the original estimate there would be an additional charge for the labor and materials, to which she agreed The crew completed layer of block around the tree, re-mulched the bed and left I then received a call from Mrs [redacted] stating that she wanted layers around that tree and around the 2nd tree in the front yard We obtained the additional block needed and worked it back into our schedule completing both trees A few days later I received another call from Mrs [redacted] stating that the job was not finishedwhen I asked her what she meant she stated that the 2nd tree was supposed to have rings as well I stated that we can do that and add it to the final total I then called my supplier about the block only to be informed that the block in the color we were using was out of stock and would be approximately weeks before they would have any The block did finally come in and the paperwork to have it installed has been turned into the scheduling manager The reason that it has not been completed yet is the fact that we have lost numerous days on our schedule in the last month due to rain and these rains have caused scheduled projects to run longer than anticipated We hope to have this second layer installed with in the next week and apologize to the [redacted] for the delays I will be providing the [redacted] with a full accounting of the materials used when the project is completed

Mrs. [redacted] called to re-schedule her appointment with Jeff B[redacted] to Thursday, August 17, 2017.

Despite what Mr. D[redacted] states in his response the work has not been completed and no bill has been received.  Because many of the things that Mr. D[redacted] has stated in his responses are inaccurate or incomplete, I personally contacted Jeff B[redacted] at B[redacted] Garden Center.  I requested an appointment with him to have a face-to-face meeting with him to get this issue resolved.  Our meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 15 at 10:00.  At that time, I am hoping a resolution will be achieved.  Until that meeting occurs I cannot state that I am satisfied with the action taken.

Our crew was out last week to complete the work.  We have emailed an itemized list of the materials used and a revised invoice will be sent out this week.

My name is Jeff D[redacted].  I am the designer that has been working with the [redacted] on this project.  While we were short on the original amount of block needed for the 6 trees at the back of the property, a mistake on my part, we did get the additional block needed for those trees and...

completed that work the next day.  The [redacted] were not charged for that additional block.  When I was made aware of the fact that the crew used half of the mulch that was on the estimate, I corrected the total on the proposal.  The foreman on the job misunderstood my directions that the 2 trees in the front yard were only supposed to be edged and mulched and began installing some of the remaining block around the larger tree.  Mrs [redacted] decided that she liked this look and asked that we complete that tree.  I informed her at that time that since that tree was not on the original estimate there would be an additional charge for the labor and materials, to which she agreed.  The crew completed 1 layer of block around the tree, re-mulched the bed and left.  I then received a call from Mrs. [redacted] stating that she wanted 2 layers around that tree and 1 around the 2nd tree in the front yard.  We obtained the additional block needed and worked it back into our schedule completing both trees.  A few days later I received another call from Mrs. [redacted] stating that the job was not finished. when I asked her what she meant she stated that the 2nd tree was supposed to have 2 rings as well.  I stated that we can do that and add it to the final total.  I then called my supplier about the block only to be informed that the block in the color we were using was out of stock and would be approximately 2 weeks before they would have any.  The block did finally come in and the paperwork to have it installed has been turned into the scheduling manager.  The reason that it has not been completed yet is the fact that we have lost numerous days on our schedule in the last month due to rain and these rains have caused scheduled projects to run longer than anticipated.  We hope to have this second layer installed with in the next week and apologize to the [redacted] for the delays.  I will be providing the [redacted] with a full accounting of the materials used when the project is completed.
