Review: Type of Review: Internet LoanI searched the internet for a secured loan and received a call on Wednesday, May **, 2013 from [redacted], Senior Loan Officer at Bernstein and Walker Financial. He advised that he saw my application I submitted online and to call him at ###-###-####. I called on May**, 2013 and verified information on my application. I received the contract via email on May **, 2013. I lokked over the contract which stated because I do not have collateral such as car title of a up to date vehicle or mortgage paid off, I had to put up cash of $703.00 as insurance. I agreed, signed the paperwork, faxed and sent (scanned documents) the information. I received an email on May [redacted] 2013 regarding the Western Union information. I sent the money Western Union and called with the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number). I was told by [redacted] I would receive the loan into my bank account by Saturday, June *, 2013 or Monday, June *, 2013. He advised will call me on Monday and will send the welcome package by Thursday, June*, 2013. On Monday, I called because the funds were not in my account. I was told that the Accounting Dept. is working on my loan to get the money deposited. Then [redacted] called and advised [redacted] is fairly new and he apologized for the problems. He advised that because of my credit history the lender is asking for an additional $703.00 as collateral. He gave me the Western Union information. On June *, 2013, I sent an additional $703.00 and called [redacted] at x[redacted] with the MTCN information. He assured me that the $5000.00 would be in my account this afternoon or early the next morning. I waited until about 10:55 am (CST) on Wednesday, June *, 2013 and still no deposit. I called [redacted] again and keppt making promises. he advised will give me a courtesy call when funds are available. I till did not hear from him around 3;26 pm so I called back and kept getting his voice mail. I left several messages. I called again from my home number and finally got him on the phone. he stated because of the insurance amount increase from 4703.00 to $1406.00 that the loan was being reassessed. they will be working late tonignt and my funds will be available in the morning. I called again on Thursday morning, June *, 2013, left voice mail message. I called [redacted] ext [redacted] and left a message for [redacted]. Then [redacted] finally called me back around 3:30 pm with more excuses. He advised the lender pulled out and trying to find another lender. He advised spoke with [redacted], CEO, and they want to offer me a $10,000.00 loan and asked me to send in more money. I advised I am not sending any more money and I want a refund of $1406.00 plus the Western Union fees of $132.00 ($66.00 each time) that I was told would receive with my loan. He advised will not be able to get a refund until the net cycle which is June **, 2013. I told him that wasn't good enough and I need my money ASAP. He apologized for the inconvenience and will try to get my money refunded as soon as possible. I told him that I will be contacting the proper authorities in New York. On Friday, June *, 2013 I called [redacted] x [redacted] since I did not see my refund in my account. He stated trying to get my money ASAP. I advised that isn't good enough. Since I will not be able to obtain my loan, I just want $1538.00 refunded back to me. I also have a copy of the contract.Desired Settlement: I want the $5000.00 loan that I was promised but if not I want a refund of $1538.00.

Review: They offered me a $10,000 loan for 3 years since I have bad credit I would have to send them a money order for $1500 they said it would take 5-7 business days to process and than the funds would be put into my account. That was suppose to cover my first 4 monthly payments of the loan so my first payment would not be until November [redacted]. I have tried to contact them several times finally I got a hold of a [redacted] yesterday I asked to speak to [redacted] who was my rep I spoke to him on tuesday of this week and [redacted] said he had been fired over a week ago than why did he answer teh work number two days before this. Now no one at the company will return any of my calls and I am only able to leave a message for people which I have left at least 4 if not more in the last 2 days and no one has contacted me at all.Desired Settlement: I would just like to have the money back that I sent them. So I can find a loan with a legitament company. Thank you
