In response to the complaint filed by *** *** a former tenant at *** *** *** in StLouis, MOMs*** did not give a $1,security deposit, it was $as written into her leaseWhen her lease was up she was told it would go month to month if not renewed and she did not
give notice and did not pay in September and just moved out without a walk thru inspectionShe made a few complaints of small items needing work and those were taken care of and we never received any further complaintsShe did not give a forwarding address to give her notice of any refund of her deposit and did more than her deposit in damage to the property as well as the month of rent due as a holdover tenantI attempted to reach her by phone for weeks to get the keys to the property before she finally answered on the 9th and told me the keys were in the mailboxPlease feel free to contact me with any further concerns in this matter at my office, ***

This is in response to the complain files by [redacted] and [redacted]. 1. At no time did [redacted] indicate that [redacted] was the owner and it clearly states in item 1 of the Rental Agreement [redacted] Agent. [redacted] did state his wishes to pay both the HOA and MSD (Sewer) bills and we told him...

it would be easier if we paid them and he paid it in his rent, he refused and we gave him the papers on April 21st that were sent to us by the owner and he was informed that the HOA would not put anything in his name since he was no longer the owner after the foreclosure. The [redacted] failed to mention that they had full knowledge of the HOA fee since [redacted] was the previous owner and the coupons had been mailed to him by the HOA in December of 2014. They also failed to mention that they were to start paying the HOA in April and the owner paid it and the rest of the year and only asked for them to start paying as of June. They state that the rent is due on the 25th and they pay a fee if paid on the 1st, they may want to read that since it clearly states the rent is due on the first and a $50 reduction if paid on the 25th of the month in advance. There is a series of 15 emails back and forth with Mrs. [redacted] and at no time did she offer to come in and take care of this and or even call the office, she requested calls after hours (6pm) when we are closed. [redacted] stepped in after Mrs. [redacted] became rude in her emails to the office and attempted to resolve the issue. It took multiple emails to her to even get her to set a time for a conference call on 10/28/15 at 1:15pm the time that she requested, [redacted] waited 30 minutes and no call at which time I got ready to leave for another appointment. The [redacted]'s showed up at 1:52 with no apology for the no call and expected a meeting. I asked why she did not call and she lied and said she left me a message and after multiple times letting her no that I had no cell or office messages she remembered that she emailed me to tell me they were at the office (1:52) 37 minutes late. They had no intent to resolve the issue but only to complain and in a very loud tone. I had to ask her no less than 5 times to stop raising her voice. (the four people in the office became concerned in the threatening tone both the [redacted]'s were using. They kept saying they wanted to get to the bottom of the situation and I would try to explain why the HOA would not send the invoice to them directly and that the invoice we had emailed to her and that we were looking at was the amount due they kept saying they would pay it but each time I asked them to do so they would raise their voice again and cut me off before I could finish. The only 2 statements that were correct is yes I was aggravated for them being late and just showing up after she told me numerous times she did not have even 15 minutes during the day to call the office and that I did say to Mr. [redacted] that even he could not get a word in after for at least the 10th time she cut me off, however it was obvious that they had no intention to pay the balance they owed or to set up a payment plan that was offered to them months earlier. Mr. [redacted] as they stated became furious and stood in a threatening manor. I told them to leave and he became louder and I asked if he were threatening me that I would call the Police at which time she screamed we are the Police. They did not wait or tell me to go ahead and they would wait. They in the meantime asked for a meeting with somebody from ownership that I tried to set up and they have not bothered to return the call to him. Their desired resolution is so obvious that they are trying to get out of paying what the Rental Agreement they signed March 14, 2015 calls for. [redacted] has no say in the resolution they are asking for since we only manage the property. You may want them to supply the rental agreement as this may clear up some of their inaccurate statements. They have since your complaint followed up with several very disrespectful emails.
