I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The only reason [redacted]'s pool service did not dig the entire trench was because that job had already been started by another contractor. [redacted]'s pool service employees did in fact jack hammer out the concrete from the pool deck back to the fence and they were further instructed to place the junction box next to the fence. The whole reason for the job was to move the junction box (which was in every ones way) next to the fence not 2 feet in front of it where everyone walking by would still trip over it. This is not rocket science its basic common sense no one would have been satisfied with work done that poorly. [redacted] has difficulty communicating effectively he does not pay attention and needs to be told to do the same thing over and over again. It took the primary contractor who hired him to set him straight. I would never have hired [redacted] directly. The original quote was for 2,500 I ended up paying 2,750 Because as part of his apology for his sloppy work and bad behavior he said he would install the heater when it arrived. He further asked me to buy it from him because he would give me a great deal. Well his deal was a rip off and because he is not getting to sell me the heater he is throwing another tantrum and still refusing to install the heater. Stay away from [redacted] he is not a man of his word.

response to workmanship being questioned; Mr. [redacted] hired many different workers in an effort to save money and in the case of the electrical, he had someone not employed by [redacted]'s Pool Service dig the trench for the electrical. My employees ran the electrical lines in the existing trench and Mr. [redacted] then decided he wanted it moved closer to his fence. The trench had to be widened to satisfy his request.  I am attaching the estimates that were sent to Mr. [redacted] and the work that was preformed according to the original estimate dated June 10, 2015. The attached estimate for the installation of the Pentair MasterTemp 400 heater with cupro-nickel exchanger  was never agreed upon or installed by [redacted]'s Pool Service or any of my employees.
