Following up..JH Berra company did nothing to resolve their massive destruction of our propertyThey sent it to their insurance company who sent two
different adjusters out who both acknowledged exceptional damage that JH Berra and their partners are responsible forTheir insurance company then sent a response that were denying 'Berra's claim' and that they never flooded us even though we have numerous photos, videos and witnesses to the contrarySince Berra did not take care of it's problem, we are in the process of putting a together an extensive lawsuit against JH Berra Construction, *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** Homeowners and will be submitting it soon to make sure all parties answer to this and that this never happens againPer your request, here are a few of the many images of Berra's destruction of our property from several of the many incidents of flooding due to Berra's incompetence and/or negligenceIt is unfortunate that Berra lacked the integrity to live up to it's responsibility as this will wind up being considerably more expensive for 'all' parties now
