The workers that Joe [redacted] hired - sat outside in our parking lot, or in our front yarddrinking and playing loud music at the end of every shiftI had to call the police MANY times for noise violations and public drinkingWhen I would come home from work, they would not let me into my parking space, because they were parking in all the available spots, which I PAY extra for my spot! They workers were really rude and disrespectfulthey would make sexual comments to me as I walked to my home every dayIt has just been a TERRIBLE environment to live inThe to top it offYou can NEVER reach anyone in the office or by email! The apartment I live in was bought by Berrada Properties 07/20/2016. They have made the outside of the building look like you would love to live here. in which they did construction without any warning/notice. They refuse to do any work in the inside of the building.I tried to find out about future repairs , but none of the workers spoke english. They won't spray for roaches or get rid of the mice in the basement. But they diffently want their rent on time or it will be a [redacted] late fee. You can call all you want about repairs , no one will answer or the don,t speek english very good. So your call was a waste of time. If you send a message on the web site , you're not going to get a reply. They have taken over all the properties on the north-west side of town and treating the people like trash. They are the new slumlords. I wish that someone would look into the practice of this company or pretty soon the upstanding people on the North- West side off town will all soon be homeless.
Don't forget about Avenues West and Merrill Park neighborhoods,Because Berrada is doing the same thing in that neighborhood on Wells Street and Wisconsin Avenue too.
