I have not done business with packaging store yet. they are holding my carpet hostage till I pay them for packaging while they were never authorized to pick up my purchase from *** auction. I just ask them for a quote for shipping which is dollars as compared to completion UPS

They refused to return the carpet and even [redacted] told me you will never see your carpet until you pay me. It was the pressure that I put on the auction house and many phone calls and the complain with business bureau that finally they agreed to return the carpet. it was totally an unprofessional treatment. very disappointing experience with a highly recommended service!!!!!
