Berrien County Youth Fair Association

I was ordered to leave the fair and the commercial booth I was contracted to have. I have signed contract from the fair.
On 8/9/14 I went to the Fair to obtain a booth in the commercial buildings. I signed a contract with the Fair and paid $280.00 fee for the booth.
The next day 8/10/14 I and my brother set up a booth in building 36, space 65 and proceeded to complete the booth(4 hours setup time). The next day 8/11/14 I entered the booth at approx 11:00 AM and worked the booth till 11:00 PM, the Fair close time. The next day 8/12/14 I arrived at the Fair building #36 and was met by the Fair police and told to go with them to the booth 65 where I was met by a fair official. I was told that that I did not have a contract with the Fair and my booth was dismanteled the previous night without my permission. I told the Fair official and the Fair police that I had signed a contract, and they said I did not and I would need to leave the Fair with my possession from my booth immedietly. I left to get my car and returned to find the Fair official and Fair police had left. I waited for a few minutes and they returned. They told me that they had found my signed contract and I could stay in the empty booth. I told them that, that would make no sense to do so. Then I was ordered to leave the Fair with my possessions immedietly and the Fair Police Officer got into my face and ordered me several times to leave. The fair Official told me they would refund my Fair Booth Fee, and they did. Then I was ordered to leave the Fair building immedietly with my possessions, and I did so with my Fair fee and possessions in disgcrace. I was asked by a number of people in other booths what happened and I said I was kicked out out of the Fair for no reason. I then left the fair very unhappy. Note I had booths at the Fair in other years and never had any trouble at all.
