We talked with the Berry’s for nearly a year before the start of our project. They patiently presented us with four designs, ranging from kitchen remodels within our existing floor-plan to more extensive remodels of our upstairs. The Berry’s clearly explained our various options, and we never felt pressured to make decisions. In the end, we decided to go with the most extensive remodel plan, and we could not be happier with the outcome. We feel like we have not just a new kitchen, but a new house.

The Berry’s have a team of full-time workers and regular subcontractors, and they work together like a “well-oiled machine.” Once they started work on our house, there were guys on the job every weekday until the job was substantially complete—no waiting for plumbers, electricians, appliance delivery, etc. Every tradesman who came through our door was friendly, and they took enormous pride in their work. These guys are not just looking to knock out a project—they have exacting standards, and they aim to please. They were always willing to answer questions, and they took steps to minimize our disruption (for example, they taped off living areas to minimize dust, and cleaned thoroughly every day before leaving).

A major remodel can be stressful, but I can tell you that we had no stress whatsoever about the quality and timeliness of the work that was being done by the Berry team. From the start, we were completely confident that the job would be done right and that the result would be beautiful, and our confidence was rewarded.
