I understand that the patron spoke with Mohegan Sun's Guest Service Manager, [redacted] , the week of May 8th and came to a mutually agreeable resolution

Our team reached out to the customer and offered him the additional two cigar brands We apologize that two of the cigar vendors ran out of cigars

Since receiving the complaint from the guest we have taken steps to ensure that this does not take place againOur team followed the rules and regulations set forth by the gaming rules and laws that we operate underSince receiving the complaint we have worked with our regulators to change the rulesAdditionally we have spoken with the guest and made it right with themBoth discussing how we could have handled the issue better, and the steps we have taken to make sure it does not happen again

We researched the guest and her complaintShe was charged a total of $and not the $claimedWe found that there was indeed a duplicate charge from our buffet which was immediately correctedWe are truly sorry that another guest bumped into her with their scooter, it was an unfortunate situationWe did offer to have our trained EMTs assist her, at which point she declined the assistance but requested iceWe did provide the ice as requestedSince receiving the complaint from the Revdex.com we have made five attempts to reach the guestThe calls were made on 1/10/18, 1/11/18, 1/12/18, 1/15/and 1/18/We have not heard any responses from the guest yetTell us why here

Dear Ms. ***,I have reviewed your complaint and the attachment you sent over and you are absolutely right about the banner and I agree that it is misleading. I have taken steps to correct this as soon as possible so that the offer is clear. I also would like to apologize on behalf of... my company for the manner in which you were treated when you called to bring this matter to our attention and I have also taken steps to ensure that this does not happen again and that our representatives will be better able to service our guests in the future in a more accommodating way, as this is the culture of our company and we want to make sure we provide excellent guest service to each and every customer.We would like to match your deposit, as advertised, or if you would prefer we can reimburse you $10 and you can still utilize the deposit you have already submitted. Please let me know your preference. We worked to ensure the complainant does not receive mail for another guest, we have apologized that they received the mail and will continue to monitor the mailWe have done everything we can internally and with our mail house vendors to ensure that the complainant does not receive mail intended for someone else

The cost of our total stay was $in which we had blood on our bedding and I got immediately sick at *** ***s Restaurant *** In order to go to the restaurant we would have to pay for a babysitter, a room in order to eat at *** since we live in *** ** At this point we would like our bill of $credited back to us If they would like to make amends for their customer service and would like us to come back they can comp us a room for a night and dinner at ***....leaving us to pay for a sitter

I am rejecting this response because they simply refuse to both to hear our complaint, offered nothing in exchange for
us and he kep saying the same sentence over and overThey are not refunding anything and have no interest in addressing our concerns of no power and no bar service on the premium seat level as we were lead to believe in writing prior to the eventWe also feel the no power poses a safety issueThey insist it was the showtime lights that DI'm when the main event startedWe had no light ever! The elevator assistant tried so hard to help us by bringing various folks to the luxury suiteEven she knew we paid for power and got noneAlso, the elevator is not working properly, so rather than fix it before someone has an issue, they stationed her there all nightArrogant MGMT team thank you for hearing my concernsNo one here knows how to say I'm sorry you had this experience eitherClassless.

I have spoken with four Mohegan Sun employees, all of whom interacted with Ms*** on the night she writes about in her complaint (11/7/15) as well as a similar interaction with Ms*** on the night of 10/26/15. On both occasions, Ms*** was verbally abusive to our employees
(including a front desk agent, security officer, front desk supervisor and hotel manager), swearing at them and calling one such agent a "stupid ***" and "*** liar" in front of not only other employees but other guests as well. There are several documented incidents such as the two above with Ms*** over the past couple of years and while it was allowed to continue for quite some time because we like to provide great service to our customers, this bad behavior and poor treatment of our employees will no longer be tolerated. Ms*** has had many conversations with our management about her behavior but it has continued despite promises that it would not.If anyone is owed an apology, it is the employees that Ms*** has berated, sworn at and harassed, not Ms***. We are sorry to lose her as a customer and wish her the best in her future endeavors

I am rejecting this response because: General Counsel knows full well that the patron of the hotel *** *** has a complaint against Mohegan Sun for refusing to honor his *** when he arrived at the hotel, for not processing the credit card that was provided at the time of the *** in August of and then fabricating a story only after the complaint was made against Mohegan Sun that the Credit card was declined which there is no evidence that it ever was*** *** also made clear his complaints against Mohegan Sun for not following the proper policies and procedures of ***.com in notifying both ***.com and him that supposedly there was a problem with the credit card which appears to be a total fabrication*** *** also has a complaint against Mohegan Sun for making him wait several hours in the lobby when he had a confirmed guaranteed *** and not allowing him to go to his room*** *** also made clear to Mohegan Sun that he has a complaint against Mohegan Sun for its poor customer serviceFrom reviewing other complaints about Mohegan Sun it is evident that Mohegan Sun has a pattern and practice of making *** through travel sites on the internet and then not honoring those ***Mohegan Sun is delusional that its patron *** *** does not have a complaint about Mohegan Sun for its outrageous actions

Unfortunately, our records indicate that *** *** was offered a discounted room after he had to cancel his reservation at the last minute in 2013, which is what was provided
