Yes I went to the dentist to have a yearly cleaning as I go each year and most dentists tell me after the cleaning what the problem is with my teeth and reccomended what I need to do next. [redacted]'s office wanted me to buy extra things such as a [redacted] which isn't necessary, they reccomended jaw bone replacement or bone graphing, which my dental insruance will not pay for as a treatment. I also informed [redacted] that I didn't think a paneramic x-ray was covered and she said your getting the x-ray anyways. Before I left the secretary and [redacted] tried to sell me and push on to me a [redacted] product, and told me I had to buy the product. [redacted] was decitful in her treatment. She informed me I had aweful teeth, and I needed specialized cleaning the roots, and the securtary told me this after I left the office by phone. [redacted]'s office wanted me to have three teeth pulled first and money up front before she even did a cleaning of my mouth. The whole session sounded like a scam to me. Also they made me watch a video about teeth extraction even after I told the dental hygentist I had to go and she agreed after the x-arys and seeing the dentist I could leave. When I asked for the dentist after the staff took full x-rays, I was told [redacted] is busy and can't be be bothered, and I waited nearly 40 minutes until she looked at my x-rays. [redacted] wanted almost 1000 dollars up front, and that was more than even my other ** who removed a tumor from my bladder. I know I need teeth pulled but I think [redacted] is selling extra unnessary dental work that my insurance company won't cover. I feel like I was defrauded because I expected a teeth cleaning.
