To Whom it May Concern, Our company, Berry Insulation, did perform work at [redacted] in ClevelandOur work was NOT performed directly for the resident, but under a contract with Cleveland Housing Network, under the Housewarming Program sponsored by Dominion East Ohio Gas program for lower income customers and seniorsThe only work we are permitted to perform are those specific items specified in our Work OrderWe did not have a direct contract with the resident, nor did the resident pay us.In the case of the CO detector, our work order calls for us to only replace the old device, not to perform any cosmetic repairWe are aware of the complaint about the dryer malfunctioningWe do not believe any work we performed (installing a new vent), would render the dryer inoperable.We have a great reputation for providing excellent customer service and we want to do what we can to assist this residentWe have attempted to reach out to this customer to review the issuesWe had a scheduled appointment on 6-18, with a representative of our customer, Cleveland Housing NetworkWhen we arrived, no one was home at the schedule timeSince then, we made calls on 6/30, 7/and 7/ and were unable to reach the residentWe would be happy to do some further investigation and review the work we performed if the customer reaches out to us directlyThen we can coordinate a site visit with our customerSincerely, Martin Berry PresidentBerry Insulation Company 216-621-
Consumer update taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 9/15/15.Consumer called and indicated her complaint was resolved and we may close complaint as resolved. The payment will be sent to consumer's insurance by September 18th, 2015.
