I do not agree with the proposed resolution.I do not understand why there would be two new transformers in the sign, when(as Clearly stated ) there was only one section of the sign that was malfunctioning.The letters were “TRY” which concludes that there was only 1 bad transformer.The Manager himself told us that there was only one transformer thatcontrolled that part of the sign.If there is indeed 2 new transformers replaced now that would mean that thesent out an unqualified worker the first time and they replaced a good transformerinstead of the defective one.I do not believe that I should be held responsible for their workersMistakes. Nor Should I be responsible to Pay the company for a call out fee totake a picture of their mistake.In Conclusion: Berry Signs was called to repair our sign. The “TRY” letters werenot working. Less than 1 month later the same letters that were repaired on thesign in question were still not working properly. Only one transformer controlsthe “TRY”.
