I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The process she talks about was over There was only one person who had a key when the sale was over That was *** *** ( I did not even have a key to the house) She lent the key to a man who came into the house, unaccompanied, and took the ring The house was empty and unattended (except for the antique he was picking up) for hours During those hours, the theft occurred Those were also the only hours I was not wearing the ring I had put it in my makeup bag for safe keeping No one else had access to the house or the key Ms *** knows that, and is not being truthfulI feel that Ms *** has not made an effort to investigate her employee, and help me resolve my complaint I had hired her to do a job, and I feel that her company is responsible for the theft, since she was the only one with a key
