We want the customer to be satisfiedTherefore, would he accept a refund of the bottom he does not wantIt is the opinion of our pattern team that the bottom he requested would not be able to adequately cover the area of the body he wants covered due to the inherent design of that particular type of bikini bottomHe can keep the bottom and we won't ask him to send back the bottom

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This response from BerryDog is not entirely truthful.  They only responded to one of numerious e-mails detailing problems following receipt of merchandise.  A conversation on the telephone did not occur; I have never been able to reach this company by voice and I have attempted numerous times.  This is consistent with what another Revdex.com complaintent experienced.  I would be willing to furnish the Revdex.com with all e-mails I sent to BerryDog in attempt to correct this problem.  I have already checked my SPAM folder, and there was no additional attempt at direct communication between BerryDog and myself.It is true that I received one, but only one, response from BerryDog following my complaint.  They asked me to send everything back to them, that is, both bikini bottoms, however I only have a complaint about one of the bikini bottoms because it was not custom modified as requested.  From this most recent response by BerryDog via Revdex.com complaint, it appears as if they still are not addressing the concern.  I will attempt to reword this again as follows, the size S "Star Signs Tonga Tie Thong Bikini Bottom" I received was modified exactly as I requested.  The size S "Star Signs G-string Bikini Bottom" that I received was not modified as requested.  The height was not modified at all from their standard size S footprint - specifically, the height was not 3/4" taller in the front and 3/4" taller in the back as requested. Why? It is possible that BerryDog forgot to modify one of the bottoms.  It is also possible that they are having e-mail problems and, if so, should have an IT look into it.  I see no purpose in sending both bikini bottoms back when I only have a complaint concerning one.  I do not intend to pay return shipping for the 1 bikini bottom because BerryDog is the company at fault for sending the incorrect product.

Review: I purchased a bikini bottom for my wife from this company and it literally took a month from time order was place to delivery. Once delivered, the bottom was too large and I simply wanted to return for a smaller size. Called and emailed the company multiple times with no response. On their website they claim that if you email or call they will get back to you within 1 day. Now I am stuck with a product that does not fit and no clear resolution.Desired Settlement: Their website claims that if an exchange is not possible then they will allow purchase of another suit at 50% off. I simply want to exchange this suit and speak with someone live about the correct sizing.

Review: I ordered two different style bikini bottoms from BerryDog online. The BerryDog representitive, via e-mail, told me that they would customize the height of the two bottoms to my specification, that is, to an amount taller than their standard size S bottoms. When the bottoms arrived in the mail, I noticed that only one of the bikini bottoms had been adjusted by the amount specified. The other bottom was unmodified. I already have these two bottoms in the standard size S. The reason for the height increase was to cover a C-section scar, which wasn't there before having children. I e-mailed berrydog several times without any reply. I then stated that I would file a dispute with my credit card company if they did not reply. Only then did they reply, but they did not address my concerns. It was as if they didn't read the content of my e-mail. All subsequent e-mails went unanswered. I have called them telephone number half a dozen times, nobody ever answers and voicemails go unreturned.

The one bikini bottom which had been altered was altered exactly as expected and I do not have any complaints concerning this work.Desired Settlement: I would like BerryDog to send a modified size S bikini bottom as per our e-mail agreement. As this was a mistake made by BerryDog, I expect them to be responsible for shipping expenses.
